Sept. 12 – The University Police Department (UPD) conducted a traffic stop on University Drive East. The driver was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence. This individual was arrested on site. 


Sept. 15 – UPD responded to a report of personal petit larceny in Mohawk Tower on Indigenous Quad. The property was returned, and the individuals were referred to Campus Judicial. 


Sept. 16 – UPD responded to a report of unlawful possession of a weapon in Hamilton Hall on Colonial Quad. An investigation is ongoing. 


Sept. 18 – UPD responded to a reported fire alarm in Livingston Tower on Colonial Quad. The smoke detector was tampered with, creating conditions that would have endangered others. These individuals were referred to Campus Judicial.
